			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Since Fernan2 I put the mailbox in the right column of the blog (btw, thanks Fernan2), undoubtedly the most common view has been the co-owners who, being about to dissolve their undivided by judicial sale, they are afraid their co-owners to attend the same without serious intent to purchase, but only to raise the price.
